Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we’ll guide you through the return process.

Returned items should be in good condition and include all original parts. We understand you may need to try your Magic Twist first — normal handling is absolutely fine.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your Magic Twist arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the issue.

We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Return Shipping

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be sent back to your original payment method.
